1 . ご注文方法

商品ページの各商品から
ボタンをクリックします。
ご購入の商品の個数、お客様情報、ギフト包装の有無、
ご希望のお支払方法、配送日等をご記入の上、メールを送信してください。
通常1営業日以内に確認の上、返信させていただきます。
営業日 : 月〜金曜日（祝日除く） 9:30-19:00
※ゴールデンウィーク･お盆･年末年始は休業とさせていただきます。
● 返信が届かない場合
1営業日経過しても返信が届かない場合、以下の理由が考えられます。

配送は封筒サイズはクロネコメール便、その他はヤマト運輸にて行います。
SHIB 酒袋鞄は、鞄1つに対し、それぞれ送料がかかります。

土,日,祝日は、商品の発送をお休みさせて頂きます。
We ship Monday - Friday. Our carriers do not deliver on Saturday or Sunday.

5 . ご注意点
● 不良品があった場合の対応
返品・交換は、商品到着後７日以内に
予めご連絡を頂いた上でお願い致します。
お客様のご都合による返品・交換の場合、
送料はお客様のご負担とさせていただきます。
次の場合、返品・交換はお受けできません。
・一度ご使用になった商品
・お客様のもとで、キズや汚れが生じた商品
・外箱及び包装が著しく破損している場合
・商品到着後８日以上経過した商品
● Return / Exchange Policy
Within 7days from the receiving date, we will glady process an exchange of damaged/defective items.
To return an item, please contact us to arrange a return.
We ask you to be responsible for all return shipping costs
and handling charges on non-defective items returned for any reasons.
We do not accept returns/exchanges under the following situations:
*Non-defective item returned in visibly used or damaged condition. (This includes the package box.)
*Returns that were shipped back after 7days of the date received.

汚れた場合は水で濡らした布を固く絞って乾拭きして下さい。
Please note that the blurring, scratches, and patches are part of the charm of these antique fabrics. Delicate cotton clothes or silks are used for the inside of some of the bags. Be aware when storing items that might damage those materials. No two SHIB have the same exact appearance or texture. Avoid using with white clothes since some slight fading may occur. Wring a wet cloth firmly and wipe when cleaning is required.
