梅枝はロウケツ染めで描かれています。

おめでたい梅枝模様は日本人の大好きな

代表的なモチーフですが、色といい手触りといい、

さすがタイのエキゾチックな印象が濃い織物です。

織地の粗さが縫製に少し難しく手間がかかりましたが

仕上がってみると酒袋によく似合って

個性的な鞄にまとまりました。

A hemp fabric, batik from Thailand.

With the patterns of plum trees,

it is all so exotic in its colors and textures.

The course mesh required a large amount of time

and effort to sew, but happened to work harmoniously

with sakabukuro, turned into a unique piece.
