  赤、青の２色刷りに文字はヌキ。

  大漁旗にしてはシンプルな色づかいで

  爽やかな印象です。

A Japanese old flag for fishing used to signal

to their loved ones that they had a great catch,

or to their colleagues to request help

to carry the huge loads of fishes.

Bold colors and designs were used so the flag was

visible among the offing waves.
